Refund Policy
30-Day Guarantee
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. That’s why we offer a 30-day guarantee on all unopened, unworn items in their original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, just contact us within 30 days of your order date - we’ll make it right with a store credit or replacement. If you picked the wrong size, see the “Ordered the Wrong Size?” section below.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or worn. This is to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and care for all our customers.
Returns
To request a return, please contact us at hello@bubblesunderwear.com within 30 days of delivery.
Once your return request is submitted, we will provide return instructions where applicable, including the correct return address.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Bubbles products are sealed hygiene items designed to be applied directly to the skin, including the nipple area.
For health and hygiene reasons, Bubbles nipple covers are not eligible for return or refund once the hygiene seal has been removed or broken.
Once opened, these products cannot be resold and must be disposed of for safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the hygiene seal remains fully intact and unbroken, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused and unworn,
- unopened with the original hygiene seal intact,
- in their original packaging,
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for parcels lost during return transit.
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@bubblesunderwear.com within 30 days of your order date.
To process your claim, we require the following:

Clear photo(s) of the damaged item(s)

A photo of the packaging it arrived in
This helps us verify the issue and resolve it quickly. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement or store credit. Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible.
Exchanges & Wrong Sizes
If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to send you a replacement. We no longer use discount codes for exchanges. Instead:

You'll receive store credit equal to your original purchase value

We will deduct a flat $8 fee for shipping and handling (or the equivalent in your local currency)

You can use your credit to re-order the correct size

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We prioritize your hygiene and safety. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Any item that has been opened or worn

Sale items

Gift items

Gift cards
For your protection, all intimate products must remain sealed in their original packaging to qualify for any return or store credit.
Missed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels
If your package is undeliverable after multiple attempts, or goes unclaimed at a pickup point or customs, it may be returned to us or destroyed by local authorities.
In these cases:

No refunds will be issued

Free shipping applies only to the original shipment

We do not wait for the original parcel to arrive back to us
We’ll send a fresh shipment within 24 hours. You’ll just need to cover the new shipping cost, and we’ll provide you with store credit minus $8 for reshipment (or the equivalent in your local currency).
Please monitor delivery and customs notifications to avoid delays or loss.
Responsibility for Delivery
We cover packages lost in transit and will gladly send replacements.
However, we are not responsible for packages that are:

Stolen after delivery

Delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure. Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Buy 1 Get 1 Free Offer
Our Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion only applies when two qualifying items are added to your cart. The discount is automatically applied to the second item.
If only one item is purchased and the second item is not added to the cart, the offer will not be applied retroactively. Please make sure to add the second item to claim your free product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To qualify:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid issues with lost parcels

Free shipping is non-refundable — the final refund will be reduced by $8 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency)
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds & Store Credit
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved:

EU customers will receive a refund to the original payment method or store credit valid for 90 days
- All other customers will receive store credit, valid for 90 days
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve confirmed your return, contact us at hello@bubblesunderwear.com
